Digital reorientation of the management system of the food industry

Abstract

The article investigates theoretical foundations of the digital reorientation of the management of food industry enterprises, and also notes a need to make the transition to the concept of digital management. The influence of digitalization on the process of functioning and management of the food industry is analyzed. The advantages of digital reorientation of management of food industry enterprises, which is currently the most relevant direction for further growth and development of the food industry, are studied. The influence of sanction restrictions on the process of digitalization of the management system of food industry enterprises is noted, and conclusions on further directions of the implementation of the process of digital reorientation are formulated.
