Factors of activation of the international economic cooperation in the oil and gas industry

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of Russian-Chinese energy cooperation within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which can become an institution that contributes to strengthening the regional economic integration and defending the national interests of the SCO member states. Energy cooperation between Kazakhstan and China is considered as one of the components of the SCO energy market in the current geopolitical conditions.
