Abstract

The geopolitical situation of the modern period determines the interest in liquefied natural gas (LNG) both in Russia and abroad. The article presents and substantiates regional factors that ensure optimal performance of the construction process of a liquefied natural gas production line, as well as its storage and transportation processes, which was the purpose of this research. To achieve this goal, the scientific work defines tasks aimed at analyzing, substantiating, selecting and building an optimal production process for using the production capabilities of the region at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex that form its infrastructure. The choice of technological factors is determined by the analysis of available technical parameters and operating conditions using a simulator based on LNG condition management, modeling of a production line with optimal energy consumption and maximum productivity. As a result of the study, the most important process variables and constraints that directly affect the productivity, production, storage and transportation of LNG are highlighted. The identified technological conditions for LNG production largely depend on the approach to process management and its parameters based on the analysis of sensitivity to pressure in the stabilizer column, stabilizer supply temperature, gas temperature, as well as highly qualified specialists as an important factor in the implementation of the corresponding process.
