Внутренняя и иностранная добавленная стоимость при экспорте в эпоху глобальных цепочек стоимости: данные из России

Аннотация
В исследовании анализируются данные о торговле добавленной стоимостью, представляемые ICIO OECD и ADB MRIO, рассматривается набор показателей добавленной стоимости, чтобы определить динамику внутреннего и внешнего компонентов экспорта и проиллюстрировать прямые и обратные связи России в глобальных цепочках стоимости. Отмечено, что в условиях экономических шоков знание географического происхождения добавленной стоимости в экспорте способствует более быстрому принятию политических решений и скорейшему восстановлению или замене пострадавших звеньев глобальных цепочек стоимости. В статье также ставится вопрос о том, какова доля иностранной и внутренней добавленной стоимости в российском экспорте и как встроены отдельные секторы экономики России в глобальные цепочки стоимости.
