Organizational transformation management in the context of improving the company's corporate strategy

Abstract

The article investigates specific  features of organizational changes in the field of intra-corporate communications through the adjustment of organizational culture. The important role of organizational transformation management in the course of adjusting the corporate strategy of the company is noted. The results of diagnostics of the organizational culture of two MICE industry companies are presented.
